New Zealander's Traditions
Came the Age of Aquarius, which is characterized by new cosmic energies. They require – an unions, a harmony, an unity and  abalance.

We should all to try to find common with other people, other cultures, other nations, and build a new life.   Some would say that this is impossible.

I believe that  it is possible, because all  people have the same values (which is shared by even criminals  and mentally ill people).

What are these values? The desire to live. The desire to be healthy. The desire of well-being of their loved ones and  children.Humanity is on the razor's edge, on the brink. Many countries are at war, people kill each other for psychological reasons. Such people believe that only they deserve to be alive, healthy and prosperous. They think that other people are following them, because they call the One Creator another name or have a different skin color.

We are the generation that must reverse this situation. We can do it each in his place.

Nice to know that there are countries in which people live peacefully across cultures.

For example, New Zealand. The country officially belongs to two cultures: Maori and Europeans white-immigrants (mostly English culture - Pakeha). This is reflected not only in the laws and in the state system, but also the fact that the country has two official state languages: English and Maori.
The interaction between the two cultures began in 1840 with the signing of the Treaty of Cooperation (tritium PF Waitangi). Despite the fact that during these 175 years were some problem (which is understandable in such different mentalities), the country now boasts  of being a peaceful and talerant country.

It is interesting to observe how the expanding wave of tolerance and cooperation in the countris. If earlier relationship evolved between the predominantly Maori and Pakeha, then later rushed  immigrants from other islands of Polynesia.

Realm of New Zealand today includes (in various conditions of independence) other island nations. This, for example, the Cook Islands, Niue, Tokelau, and others. These islands, though close to Maori culture, still  speak their language (for example, tongansokom, tokelanskom et al.)
New Zealand has widely opened its borders to immigration. To date, the country inhabited by representatives of more 171 language groups. Most use the language after English and Maori - Samoan, French, Hindi and Chinese. Also there is a large group from South Korea, Thailand, Russia and other Slavic countries. In recent years, come for permanent residence of South America, such as Brazil.
Friendly locals and  people help from other cultures. The country has a tradition of an annual prize to appoint the best neighbor. People help each other as  they can.
In New Zealand, the multinational people often visit each other's homes.  Especially there are popular and they on national clothes. This feature is used in all cases, including at official meetings (for example, to present New Zealand passports, government representatives offered to come to the national dress of the country where the new citizens by birth).
An example of such cooperation was a friendly party, which was held on  April 22. 2015  in one of the language schools in Auckland (DynaSpeek).

At the meeting the students came in national dress. They brought national dishes cooked  by the students. During the get together they sang songs in Thai, Chinese, Korean, Brazilian language. A quiz  was condacted on the subject of Russia and New Zealand. Students from Thailand performed a  folk dance.

Our  inspiration was our  teacher Melanie Mendonza, who also   an example of unification of cultures, dressed  in her  national costume.

The slogan of our time: tolerance, love, brotherhood and  mutual aid.
